Wood Fired Catering Co brings our wood fired ovens and expertise to your venue, giving you the freedom to enjoy buffet style service. Our unique approach to on-site catering, with top-quality products and service, will guarantee to leave you and your guests pleased.
WEDDING OFFERINGS
$24 per person / 75 person minimum
Our wedding wood fired pizza display comes with 8 variations of wood fired pizza, hand crafted pepperoni breads, house salad - spring mix, red onion, sliced cucumber, cherry tomato, house Italian & balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Everything is served buffet style with guests coming up to the table to create their own dish. We will have staff at the serving table to assist guests with questions and serving.
We make a variety of traditional, vegetarian & specialty pizzas with the ability to accommodate to dietary restrictions (gluten free, lactose free, nut & seafood allergy, vegan, ect.). For weddings, we make 8 variations of pizza and continuously cook and serve them throughout the dinner service. All pizzas are thin crust, wood fired and cut into 16 slices giving guests the ability to try all of the creations. Guests will be called up a couple tables at a time and come through the line to pick out their choices. After everyone is seated and has been through once, guests may come up for seconds.

A beautiful rustic display of natural deli meats, rich cheeses, assorted crackers, artisan crostini’s, red & green grapes, and an assortment of nuts & olives. This is served buffet style throughout the cocktail hour giving guests the freedom to come up at their own leisure.
