HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT?
You can submit an email or fill out our inquiry form on the website. We will get back to you in a timely manner to answer any questions and guide you through the booking process.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING?
Yes, there is a $500 deposit for weddings and a $250 deposit for all other events. These payments will be applied to the the total invoice. We will send over a PayPal business request directly to your email, where you can follow the one click link and pay directly from your phone or computer.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (May through October) we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We do understand that things happen and events have to be cancelled or moved from time to time. We require 60 days or more of notice of event cancellation for your deposit to be returned in full. 30 – 59 days before the event, we will return 50% of your deposit. Your deposit can also be used to solidify another date in the future.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?
We have a minimum of 75 people for weddings and 50 people for all other events. We will cater events under the minimum for the price of a 50 person event. Please note, that minimums during our busy season, June - August may rise due to an increase inquiries.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM YOU CAN CATER FOR?
We can cater up to 300 people per oven. We are able to accommodate more guests by adding another oven to the event. There is no additional charge for this.
WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW OUR FINAL COUNT?
For weddings, we will need your final count and all details 10 days prior. For all other events, we will need your final count and all details one week prior. This provides us with enough time to buy and prepare the ingredients fresh for your event.
WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
For weddings, final payment is due 10 days prior. For all other events, we will collect the final payment upon conclusion of the event. You are always welcome to pay in advance if the final count and all details are solidified. We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash and check.
